Procedures
Oral Surgery
At Dental Arts and Implants we offer several surgical procedures.
From gum surgeries to implant placement, simple extractions to complex impaction surgeries as well as bone grafting procedures.
We offer sedation via oral medication as well as the use of Nitrous Oxide to alleviate anxiety during such procedures.
Most procedures are completed in just minutes and not hours, leading to less stress and faster recovery times.
Tooth ache appointments are usually scheduled the same day with extractions in many instances.
Sometimes it is necessary to reschedule the extraction due to blood thinning medications that must be stopped prior to extraction of teeth. If this medication, including aspirin is prescribed or recommended by your doctor, a release will need to be reviewed by your prescribing doctor to determine any risks to holding any medication prior to your procedure.
Dr. Hargett has had nearly 30 years of surgical experience with surgery comprising well over 50% of his scope of practice for the last 20 years.
